1. How do l return or exchange something?

2. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order 24 hours after it has been purchased.If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

3.I need to know where my order is.Why haven’t you told me yet?
We’ll notify you by email when your order ships and provide tracking information. If you don’t receive an email from us, 99% of the time it’s because our email notifications being sent to your spam inbox. Please check there first. You can also add [email protected] to your trusted contacts list (if you really, really love us!) and subscribe to SMS updates for timely notifications.
4. Can I change the receiving address of the order?
We aim to pack and ship out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change your receiving address, please contact our customer service personnel as soon as possible after ordering the goods and provide a new receiving address. Our customer service personnel will handle it for you, because we can only change your products before they are unpacked and shipped, so you need to contact us as soon as possible to change the address

1.How do l find my size?
You can find the size chart in the description of each product page. Simply follow the instructions to find your perfect size. And if you’re really, really struggling, feel free to get in touch.
2.How do l wash my threads?
In short, your threads should last a long time with a little love and tender care. Here’s our love-you-long-time guide:
- Turn your threads inside out.
- Machine washing is totally fine, but try and make sure it’s a cold wash and a gentle cycle.
- You can throw them in the dryer, but it’s much better to air dry.
- There’ll be some minor shrinkage after washing, which is standard cotton 101—a bit like your standards when you’re still single at thirty.
